Sprouted Lentil and Quinoa Soup

1.Add seeds to the jar (a few tablespoons) and place the straining screen (1.0 mm holes for the little guys or 2.5mm holes for the big guys) on top of the jar with its dome facing down. screw on the ring to seal the jar.
2. Add water to cover the seeds and soak the seeds for 8-10 hours (or overnight). Drain the water after.
3. Add fresh water to the jar and rinse the seeds by swishing the water around for a few seconds. Drain the water after.
4. Place the jar on a stand upside down at a 45-degree angle to ensure proper ventilation during sprouting
5. repeat steps 3 & 4 at least 2 times each day. Seeds will be ready after 3-5 days. Enjoy!
