How to Use

Place seeds in a sprouting jar with three times as much water as seeds.  Soak overnight, over a couple of hours for smaller seeds.  Drain the jar of water, making sure to keep the jar itself inverted while draining. Rinse with water and continue to drain again, twice a day, for about 3-5 days.  Make sure to handle with care, as any rapid turn of the jar may kill the sprouts.
