Sprout and Arugula Salad


  • 1 cup sprouted alfalfa
  • 1 cup sprouted broccoli
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
