500grams Beansprouts rinsed and thoroughly drained
1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Salt (Depends on your taste)
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 small Red Onion, chopped
2 small Tomatoes, chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
10 pcs Green Beans, sliced diagonally and thinly
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
🧑🍳 Heat the pan under medium heat, pour 1 cup oil and continue to heat. Fry the tofu for 5 minutes. Set aside on a plate lined with a paper towel to drain.
🧑🍳 Remove excess oil from the pan and leave just enough to saute the onion until translucent under low heat.
🧑🍳 Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, then add the tomatoes and saute until tender.
🧑🍳 Increase heat to medium heat. Add the carrot to saute for 1 min then add the green beans to saute for 1 more min. Season with salt and a pinch of ground black pepper.
🧑🍳 Add the beansprouts and fried tofu and toss quickly. Season with salt to soothe your taste and add the rest of the ground black pepper, and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Toss for another 1 to 2 mins.
📌Please Note: Make sure that once you add the beansprouts, you should keep the cooking time under 3 mins. to keep the crunchy texture.
