Sprout Salad


  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 cup broccoli sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine the sprouts, red onion, walnuts, and feta cheese in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
